Recently Keam Construction has been part of a large scale Residential build project in the Okere Falls area. During this time we had the pleasure of working alongside BSK consultants for both Structural Engineering and Geotechnical services. In terms of a residential build this was a highly technical build with some complex engineering components. However the plans prepared by BSK in particular Tony Kennedy were both clear, concise and easy to follow. As some of the project was a renovation it required further engineering solutions as the job progressed. Tony and his team were easy to communicate with and they were able to come up with simple, cost effective and practical solutions for any issues that came along. They were also open to input from a builders perspective in terms of providing ease of construction solutions.
