BSK consulting Engineers worked closely with the client and contractor throughout the design process on this project to provide accurate/detailed drawings for construction and to follow their specific brief.

A particular request from the client was to keep the use of structural steel elements to a minimum where possible. To this end we were able to design a two-storey timber bracing frame on the front wall, working around the proposed joinery openings. Both the client and the contractor were extremely happy with this element of the build.

BSK also worked closely with the contractor throughout the build providing construction monitoring services and final sign off.
